The Method
The shamanic Wu tradition — a direct path through observation
The ancient shamanic tradition of “Wu” has preserved to this day the purity and simplicity of a direct path of spiritual development: wholeness with the world, nature and the universe, the art of following changes — or, when needed, of initiating changes from within oneself.
Meditation is observation
What observes is consciousness. There is no need to chase thoughts and emotions away — it is enough to observe them. Gradually the overexcitement of the nervous system subsides, relaxation comes, and the mind turns from master into servant.
The body as a support
Attention to certain areas of the body — the belly, for example — trains consciousness and at the same time helps the organism tune itself and recover. There is no mysticism here: these are natural mechanisms that we simply need to stop getting in the way of.
Be Your Own Master
The main principle of the tradition: do not copy and do not worship — practice yourself, every day, understanding what you are doing and why. A teacher gives the foundation, but each person’s path is their own.
